**Qu'est-ce qu'APY?**

**Qu'est-ce que le prêt / valeur (PV)?**
*PV= Valeur du prêt / de la garantie \* 100 %*
**Qu'est-ce que le ratio prêt / valeur (PV) « actuel »?**
Le PV actuelle est votre ratio prêt / valeur en fonction de l'état le plus récent du réseau dont Moola a connaissance.
**Qu'est-ce que le « nouveau » ratio prêt / valeur (PV)?**
Le nouveau PV est un ratio prêt / valeur simulé. Il est destiné à vous montrer quel serait votre ratio prêt / valeur si l'actif actuel que vous avez sélectionné et la quantité que vous avez saisie étaient soumis en tant que transaction au réseau et confirmés en bloc.
**Qu'est-ce qu'un actif collatéral?**
Un actif collatéral est tout actif utilisé comme garantie pour un prêt. Cela signifie qu'il peut être liquidé si votre facteur de santé tombe en dessous de 100 %. Par défaut, tous les actifs déposés sont utilisés comme garantie.
**Qu'est-ce qu'un actif de dette?**
Un actif de dette est tout actif qui a été emprunté à Moola.
